I work at the intersection of operations, research, and design, building the systems that help teams move faster, stay focused, and do their best work.

Keeping teams aligned and work moving forward with just enough structure. This includes designing programs, organizing workflows, and making sure the right people are in the loop at the right time.
Creating the systems that support sustainable growth. From process and documentation to compliance and access, it’s about building the kind of structure that helps instead of slows things down.
Making sure the tools actually work for the people using them. That means managing vendors, keeping platforms organized, and reducing the clutter that gets in the way of real work.
Helping people do their best work by giving them what they need upfront. Clean onboarding, useful documentation, clear roles, and lightweight systems that make everything a little easier.

What I care about
I show up with clarity, care, and follow-through — values that shape how I work and collaborate.
Success starts with people. Empathy and shared understanding create stronger collaboration and more sustainable results.
Do great work, every time. If doing your best isn’t an option, it’s worth asking why the work matters in the first place.
Own the outcome — following through matters. The impact of the work depends on how well it carries through, not just how well it starts.
About me

I’ve never been great at letting details slide when something feels off. Whether it’s how something functions or how it looks, I’m always looking for ways to make it feel more intentional, more intuitive, and more visually cohesive. That drive to refine is what keeps me engaged in everything I do.
Outside of work, I’m a casual yogi, certified scuba diver, Tolkien fan, cheese enthusiast, and occasional backyard farmer. Growth matters to me, whether it’s professional, personal, or just for fun, and I usually find it in a workout, a workshop, or something new I haven’t tried before.
