Hello!

Hi, I'm Miranda — an operations leader, program manager, and seasoned wearer of many hats. I lead people, programs, and processes, building the workflows, tools, and structures that help teams move faster, stay aligned, and bring good ideas to life.

I solve complex problems by creating structures that work. I lead with a balance of action, support, and listening, knowing when to drive decisions and when to create space for others to lead.

I believe the best outcomes happen when empathy shapes strategy and collaboration drives execution. It's not about controlling every detail; it's about building clarity and connection so people can focus, move faster, and deliver great work.
Selected work
01
Operational architecture for project lifecycle management
+

Designed and implemented structured workflows to manage project lifecycles from intake to delivery, improving cross-functional alignment, execution efficiency, and operational clarity.

02
Knowledge systems that power decisions
+

Designed and implemented a centralized knowledge ecosystem, including a searchable insights library, operational documentation hub, and connected insights to user feedback systems to strengthen product prioritization and cross-functional decision-making.

03
Tool management and vendor operations for scalable research systems
+

Designed and maintained operational systems for research tools, managing vendors, procurement, technical integration, onboarding, and system scalability.

04
Scaling an operations function: Building the foundations for growth
+

Built the foundational systems for a new operations function, including team playbooks, core competency matrices, performance frameworks, operational SOPs, hiring workflows, and cross-functional training programs — enabling scalable, sustainable work and product collaboration.

05
Bringing data-driven operations to a new UX division
+

Introduced data-driven practices into research operations by building metrics systems, forecasting tools, operational reporting dashboards, and SQL-based recruitment analytics — improving decision-making, resource planning, and team scaling.

What I do
Program management

I lead initiatives end-to-end, creating workflows that align teams, clarify priorities, and drive results. My work focuses on cross-functional collaboration, operational visibility, and scalable frameworks that support sustained growth.

Program planning and roadmap development
Cross-functional team coordination
Milestone tracking and delivery management
Prioritization and scoping workflows
Project lifecycle management (intake → delivery)
Operational design and process improvement

I design and optimize systems that support sustainable growth, from intake workflows to resource forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives. I focus on creating operational clarity, reducing friction, and helping teams scale effectively.

Workflow design and process mapping
Operational forecasting and capacity planning
Metrics and reporting infrastructure
Process optimization and refinement
Vendor and tooling management
Knowledge and systems architecture

I build knowledge management ecosystems that turn insights, documentation, and operational practices into accessible, reusable, and strategic assets, enabling better decisions and faster execution.

Knowledge base and documentation systems (e.g., Confluence, Bynder)
Research and insights repositories
Playbook and SOP development
Governance models for operational artifacts
Data-driven operations (including SQL querying for operational needs)
Cross-functional enablement and strategy

I connect teams, tools, and strategies to drive alignment around shared goals. By building operational bridges across research, product, design, legal, and support, I enable better decision-making, faster delivery, and long-term scalability.

Stakeholder alignment and relationship management
Strategic operational planning
Change management and adoption initiatives
License management and budget forecasting
Cross-functional communications and enablement
My process

I focus on turning shared understanding into clear paths forward.

01
Listen first

I start by listening — to users, cross-functional teams, and leadership — to surface real needs, gaps, and opportunities. I believe the best operational strategies are grounded in what's actually happening, not assumptions.

02
Bring structure to ambiguity

I build scalable workflows, systems, and frameworks where none exist, helping teams move from scattered or ad hoc processes to structured, repeatable ways of working that still leave room for iteration and flexibility.

03
Align people and systems

I connect the dots across teams, tech stacks, and goals — ensuring that operations support strategy, drive clarity, and make it easier for everyone to focus on high-impact work.

04
Measure, adapt, and scale

I use operational metrics to track impact, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for continuous improvement — scaling processes thoughtfully as teams and needs grow.

My approach

I believe the best work happens when people feel connected to a clear purpose and supported by systems that create the conditions for real progress.

Success starts with people.

Trust, collaboration, and understanding lay the foundation for lasting progress, smoother change, and stronger outcomes.

Shared purpose strengthens outcomes.

When teams understand the why, they show up differently. I focus on building alignment early by clarifying goals, connecting the dots, and creating space for people to take ownership. The best outcomes come from shared clarity and sustained commitment.

Committed to the outcome, together.

I show up fully — for the work, and for the people doing it. I lead by example, helping teams stay focused, engaged, and supported so we can all do our best work and see it through.

Improve, continuously.

I question the status quo, stay curious, and seek out direct, honest conversations. Change is constant, so I try to meet it with curiosity, not resistance.

About me

Throughout my professional (and pre-professional) life, I've focused on doing meaningful work and leaving things better than I found them.

In my career, I’ve worked alongside research teams, creatives, sales teams, real estate investors, retail buyers, Michelin-starred restauranteurs, and even the occasional mannequin in a sweltering department store window. Somewhere along the way, I realized I’m happiest when I’m making things happen more efficiently, and helping others do the same.

I love discovering potential in what others overlook — whether that's an idea, a system, or a piece of antique furniture — it just takes patience, curiosity, and a willingness to dig deeper than the surface. Maybe some paint, too.

Outside of work, I’m a casual yogi, certified scuba diver, cheese enthusiast, and lifelong collector of hobbies I absolutely intend to master (eventually).
